Our Story
ekway AI didn't start on a whiteboard — it started on the front lines. As a founder, I've worked with e-commerce companies processing hundreds to thousands of orders a day, and I kept seeing the same thing: sales and support became the bottleneck. The demand was there, but conversations piled up faster than any team could answer them.
Later, I helped build IPGEAR, a subscription and support platform for internet providers that handles thousands of support queries a day. I watched support teams work around the clock in rotating shifts just to keep up — answering the same questions, chasing the same follow-ups, racing the same SLAs. The work was relentless, and so much of it was repetitive.
Across both worlds, the pattern was obvious. Huge parts of the job could be automated — qualifying leads, meeting SLA targets, routing and answering routine queries, keeping customers in the loop. And the people doing it — the agents on the floor and the senior staff carrying every escalation — were burning out on work that software should have handled.
That's why I built ekway AI. Not one more tool to bolt on, but a platform built from the ground up to plug into the workflows and software you already use — and bring every customer interaction into one central place. The routine runs itself. Your team does the work that actually needs a human.
