Our Story

The idea for Ekway AI was born from a real-world problem. While working on an e-commerce project, our co-founder got to observe the customer support operations up close. The teams were constantly switching between WhatsApp, email, Instagram DMs, and Facebook Messenger — juggling multiple tabs and tools just to respond to customers.

It was chaotic. Context was lost between channels, customer follow-ups were missed, and a surprisingly large number of people were needed just to keep up with messages. The same customer might reach out on WhatsApp, then follow up via email, and the team had no way to connect those conversations.

That's when we knew there had to be a better way. We set out to build a single platform that brings every customer conversation into one intelligent inbox — powered by AI that understands context, handles routine queries autonomously, and helps teams focus on what actually needs a human touch.

Today, Ekway AI supports Email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and Live Chat in one unified workspace. Our AI agent doesn't just auto-reply — it learns from your knowledge base, maintains conversation context across channels, and knows when to escalate to a human.
